How to Apply Online for jobs in the federal government 2026
Candidates interested in Teaching or Non-Teaching positions must follow the official online application procedure as prescribed by the Ministry of Defence:
Access the Official Portal: Visit the FGEI induction website at (
induction fgei.gov gov pk) Create an Account: If you are a new user, click on the "Register" button. Provide your CNIC, mobile number, and email address to create your login credentials.
Complete Your Profile: Log in with your CNIC and password. Fill in your personal details, permanent/postal address, and contact information.
Academic & Professional Details: Enter your educational qualifications starting from Matriculation to your highest degree.
Make sure to include any professional diplomas (e.g., Library Science, IT, or Montessori training) if required for the post.
Upload Required Documents:
Upload a recent passport-size photograph with a blue/white background.
Ensure all scanned copies of your CNIC and certificates are clear and within the specified file size limit.
Select the Desired Post: Choose the specific post you wish to apply for (e.g., EST Male/Female, Assistant, or UDC). Review the eligibility criteria one last time before clicking "Submit."
No Hard Copies Required: Candidates are advised not to send any documents or application forms via courier or post.
